Shipping costs

In trendingoptic.com we make a significant distinction in terms of shipping, depending on whether the request is from Spain or from abroad.

Domestic Shipping

Products purchased on our Website can be sent to the entire Spanish territory, and always to the address indicated on the order form. To proceed to send an article, it is important that it shows “available “when making an order. Otherwise, you could experience delays in the delivery of your purchase. Shipments are processed once payment has been received by the company, and are made through the Zeleris company, which belongs to the Telefonica Group.

Shipments are free for the peninsula orders, and have a cost of 15 € for those destined for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The delivery of goods is normally within 48 hours (working days) after we receive a payment message. If you do not receive your goods within the specified time, please contact us so that we can contact the carrier as soon as possible, and locate your order.

We will keep you informed all time about the scheduled date of receipt. In case of a delay or loss of the goods for reasons beyond our control, the company will not be responsible for the possible consequences, but will investigate these causes. When you receive your order, we advise you to check that the packaging is in perfect condition and the content in the box belongs to what you paid for. If you detect any problems or anomalies, recorded them in the delivery note that the carrier provided you, and contact our Customer Service (Tel. 96 359 96 53).

Shipping conditions Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipments are processed once payment has been received by the company, and are sent by DHL Company, belonged to Deutsche Post DHL.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a cost of 15 €, to be added to the amount of product on the order form. This cost does not include any customs charges at destination or any other type of tax that must be paid upon receipt of the goods. The company is not responsible for delays in customs clearance or confiscation by local authorities.

International Shipping

Products purchased on our Website can be sent to a large number of international destinations within the European Union, and always at the address indicated on the order form. To proceed to send a product, it is important that it shows " available " at the time of the order. Otherwise, you could experience delays in the delivery of your purchase. Shipments are processed once payment has been received by the company, and are made through the company DHL, part of Deutsche Post DHL.

International shipments cost 10 €, except those intended to Portugal (peninsula), which are free. The delivery of goods is normally within 48 hours (working days) following the receipt of payment, but may vary according to destination. Transport Company

In choosing the carrier an important distinction is also made between national and international orders:

- When ordering from the national territory, Trending Optic collaborates with the Zeleris Company belonging to Telefónica Group.

- For international orders always will be hired the services of the DHL Company, belonged to Deutsche Post DHL.
