Introduction

The general sales conditions described below (the General Conditions) take over only the contractual relationship between any user of the Web page (referred to as "User" or "You") and the seller, which is the company GEROPCLE, S.L., established in C/ Mayor, 14, 46920 Mislata, Valencia and CIF: B97801062.

These general conditions of sale are the only ones that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except for prior written cancellation. Our shop may occasionally modify the terms of its general conditions, so it is advisable that they be read at each visit to the website (referred to as "Site"). Every purchase on the website is ruled by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. We believe that once you have placed an order, you accepted our terms of sales after having read them.

Accessing the Site, you agree to respect the General Conditions, as well as the Terms and the rules of use contained in it.

Product information

Our online shop pays great attention to the information given on the essential characteristics of the products through detailed descriptions of their features, placing images that illustrate the products sold in the website. 

Prices

The sale prices listed on the site are in Euros. VAT is included in these prices, but not the shipping costs. The shipping service costs are borne by the user and added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be notified of such costs before confirming the order and completing the process.

Availability

You should be aware that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. If one of the items ordered is not in stock, it can’t be purchased by the user.

If any of the products you order is not available, we will offer a product with similar features and price that can replace the product not available.

Shipping method and delivery

Products purchased on our website can be sent to Spain and the rest of Europe. The order will be sent to the address indicated at the time you made your purchase. To send an article, it should indicate "In Stock" when ordering.

The time between placing the order and the date of first delivery attempt by the carrier, at the address specified in the order, will be between 48h and 72h. During the whole period of time, you will be informed by email about the shipment information, as well as the expected delivery date announced by the carrier. These deadlines are given in business days.

We make every effort to respect the deadlines listed on the site. However, we are not responsible for the consequences due to a shipping delay or a package loss caused by third persons that are not involved in the carriage contract, by you or for unforeseen reasons or insurmountable force majeure. Furthermore, the payment method chosen may affect the delivery dates.

We advise you to check that everything is OK when you receive the package and that the packaging is in perfect conditions, then sign and indicate by writing in the delivery note of the carrier if you found any abnormality in the package. When you open the package, if you find that the items delivered are not the same as your order or are damaged, please contact our Customer Service. 

Payment options

Our shop has teamed up with partners SSL (secure electronic payment systems) to ensure the security of your payments. If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

The accepted payment methods are the following:

A) Payment by credit / debit card

If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will not be considered and will not be processed until payment has been authorized by your bank. Online payments by credit card are done through the security system "Secure Socket Layer" encoding your bank details when they are transmitted over Internet.

For security reasons, Trending Optic verifies all orders paid by credit card, which can cause a slight delay in the delivery if you have opted for this payment method.

In this case, we will ask or require additional information in order to accept your purchase.

Therefore, and to avoid delays in the shipment, please indicate when ordering:

- An e-mail (personal or work).

- A telephone number (personal or work) which we can get in touch with you anytime.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. These security measures are a testament to our willingness to protect online customers against possible bank fraud.

B) By bank transfer

You must make the bank transfer to the indicated bank account.

IMPORTANT: in the concept of the transfer, you must indicate only the payment reference that we give you.

C) By PayPal

PayPal gives you the chance to pay directly without communicating your financial information online. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential data with the help of the best technologies available in the market.

D) Cash on delivery payment

The moment the carrier makes the delivery of your order at the indicated address, you must pay the total order amount. This payment method has an extra charge of a 4.5%.

Right of repeal

The User has fifteen days to return the product that is not satisfied with. Within this period, you can return the product (return shipping costs will be on your own).

We advise you to protect the article(s), as you will be responsible for any damages suffered during the transport. Therefore, we suggest you to return the product by registered post or carrier with insurance. This insurance will be very useful in case of damage or loss by the carrier. In any case, any return costs are borne by the consumer.

When the user returns a product within its right of repeal, products can only be delivered in their original packaging, not used and with the given accessories (holster, original cloth and original warranty certificate) in order to be accepted. We will not accept items that have been sent incomplete, or damaged by the Customer.

Refunds

If the product is returned within 15 days from the delivery date, Trending Optic will refund the total amount by bank transfer and to the account you provided.

Returns

For any package you want to return, either within the right of repeal or the product warranty, you must contact our Customer Service Department.

Shipping costs will be borne by you except in cases of product non-compliance with the contract. We advise you to protect your item(s) because in case of return within the right of repeal, or defects that are not covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, you will be responsible for any damages suffered during transport.

We will only accept products that are in perfect conditions, with all the accessories and in its original packaging.

Litigation and responsibilities

Our shop is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of these conditions in case of force majeure and in the absence of the client or unpredictable incident done by a third person.

Our shop is not responsible for the consequences that may result from improper use of the products sold on the site.

Personal data protection

The personal data that the user has to provide to us are needed for the order shipment, writing invoices and warranty contracts. The absence of this information will end up in the automatic cancellation of the order. By registering on our Website, you agree to provide valid personal data. If you provide false or incorrect information, you are proceeding contrary to our General Terms and Conditions of Use written on our Website.

At any time, regarding your personal data, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in agreement with the European texts and national laws vigor (article 34 of the law of January 6th, 1978) by handwriting and making the request through our Customer Service.
